Race day is soon approaching and the Zoe Loren Foundation is pleased to introduce this year’s warm-up leader, Kelly Hardersen.
Kelly is a certified trainer and has a host of additional certifications from The American Council on Exercise® (ACE), The Institute of Human Performance (IHP), National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, Body Training Systems, Group Power, Group Groove, Group Step, Group Kick, and Group Centergy.
Kelly strives to give her clients the right tools to accomplish their health and fitness goals. She specializes in Functional Training, an exercise discipline that improves your ability to perform everyday activities. She firmly believes in using sound nutrition and high intensity interval cardiovascular fitness to maximize overall wellness and uses these principles to develop personalized training programs for each of her clients. Kelly believes in “providing you with the tools, training and motivation to be your best!”.
